LiftHer is my senior design campaign dedicated to breaking down the barriers women face in gym spaces. Through bold visual representation and educational resources, the campaign challenges societal stereotypes, fosters inclusivity, and empowers women to embrace strength training with confidence. Key elements include a strength training-focused App, Social Media Campaign, Print Poster Campaign and dynamic branding that reflects both resilience and community.
